At handover, we guarantee that every project meets a high-quality standard. However, as with any building, issues may arise after the work is done. We implement a 12-month defect period following practical completion, during which our teams collaborate with customers to address any problems that emerge. Our project delivery teams stay involved, sharing insights with our aftercare teams about on-site experiences to ensure lessons are learned, reducing the risk of future issues.
 
We remain available to support our customers post-delivery, encouraging them to bring up any challenges they encounter.

Collaborating Closely with Our Clients

At NAJM Interiors, we partner with our customers to address issues and establish realistic timelines for resolutions. Our teams take a proactive approach, prioritizing clear communication to fully understand our customers’ needs and expectations.
  • Our dedicated aftercare team meets with the customer’s team after the project’s practical completion to explain the aftercare process.
  • We then set our customers up on our aftercare system, providing them with the details needed to log any defects that arise.
  • Collaborating with our supply chain partners, we resolve these issues promptly and efficiently.
  • At the end of the 12-month defect period, our team conducts a site walk through with our customers to review and confirm the resolution of all reported defects.
