At handover, we guarantee that every project meets a high-quality standard. However, as with any building, issues may arise after the work is done. We implement a 12-month defect period following practical completion, during which our teams collaborate with customers to address any problems that emerge. Our project delivery teams stay involved, sharing insights with our aftercare teams about on-site experiences to ensure lessons are learned, reducing the risk of future issues.
We remain available to support our customers post-delivery, encouraging them to bring up any challenges they encounter.
